Hello, I’m Suzanne.
I’m a Certified Building Biologist and the founder of East Coast Building Biology. I help families create calmer, healthier homes, starting with the room that matters most: where you sleep. I’ve been assessing homes since 2016.
Most families can lower their exposure with simple, low-cost changes once they know where the sources are. You can’t see electromagnetic fields, but you can measure them. That’s what The Healthy Home Coach is for.
How I can help
The Healthy Home EMF Check: a 7-day program with professional meters posted to your door, step-by-step workbooks and videos. Online consultations: we go through your readings together and work out practical next steps for your home.

My qualifications
Advanced Diploma in Building Biology, Australian College of Environmental Studies (ACES), 2019, upgraded from my Certificate in Building Biology (2016) Bachelor of Clinical Science, Southern Cross University, 2021. Certified training in EMF testing: AC electric fields, AC magnetic fields, dirty electricity and radio frequency electromagnetic energy. Certified training in mould testing and analysis, including fungi (biotoxins) found in water-damaged buildings. Further ACES training in EMFs and Advanced Mould Testing, 2023. I keep my qualifications current with ACES. I’m qualified to give a professional opinion on moisture and mould issues.
After the 2022 Northern NSW floods, I worked with Keystone Environmental, carrying out initial flood assessments and Post Remediation Verification (PRV) reports.
