Your order and booking details. The readings, photos and forms you choose to send us for your consultation. Why we collect it To process your order, post and receive meters, hold your bond, run your consultations, and contact you about your order. If you agree, we'll also send you occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Payments Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, through Wix. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose to save your card at checkout, it's stored securely by the payment provider, and only used as described in our Terms and Conditions and the Meter Hire Agreement. Sharing We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services needed to run our business, such as Wix (our website and shop), Stripe (payments) and Australia Post (delivery). Your readings and home details Anything you send us about your home is kept confidential and only used to help you. Access and corrections You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
