It goes by express post (usually a few business days), and your 7 days start the day it's delivered. There's one place each week, so a week shows as full once it's booked. Complete Kit or Complete Home Assessment? Please also book your Magnetic Fields and Dirty Electricity meter week, choosing the same Monday. Your week is held for 24 hours: please buy your package in the shop to confirm it, and unpaid bookings are released. Already bought your package? You're all set once you've booked.
